My work originates from the intersection between material and image.

I do not construct the figure as a separate element, but search for it within the painted surface, allowing it to emerge and simultaneously dissolve.

Painting becomes an unstable field where nothing is fully fixed: forms appear, disappear, and re-emerge.

My research focuses on a fragile balance between the visible and the invisible, between presence and transformation. Images are never fully declared, but exist in a constant state of transition.

My background in scenography strongly informs my practice. I work with materials, textures, and layered processes, treating the surface as a living space rather than a passive support.

I use oxides, metallic powders, and non-conventional binders, allowing time to become part of the painting process. Changes, alterations, and material transformations are not flaws, but integral elements of the work.

The figure is never isolated; it belongs to the matter from which it emerges and to which it inevitably returns.

My work does not aim to represent, but to evoke. It does not describe, but allows something to appear.
